Quality Assurance Pay: $22.00 - 27.00 per hour

Hours: 7:00am - 4:30pm

Quality Assurance Job Summary:

On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Quality Control Coordinator to oversee all aspects of quality management within our shipping organization. This role is integral to maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with SAP, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure product and service excellence.

• Conduct internal audits and manage quality documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and logistics, to resolve quality issues.

• Provide training on quality control procedures and support for SAP system users.

• Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Your Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.

• Proficient to Advanced experience with SAP or other ERP. Preferred but not required: Certification in SAP Quality Management and familiarity with ISO standards.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information: While not required, candidates with SAP Quality Management certification and familiarity with ISO standards are preferred. If hired, the selected candidate will be expected to obtain the SAP Quality Management certification within the first six months of employment to better support their role and responsibilities.
