What are WE Hiring For?
We are hiring a Pricing Manager, Revenue Management to join our Creedmoor, NC operation.
What will you be doing?
Partnering with the Revenue Management Director developing and driving strategy and pricing outcomes at a growing site. Providing price & lead-time quotes to Value Stream customers that meet company goals & objectives. Providing timely and accurate strategic pricing in accordance with business objectives. Maintaining quote turn-around-time performance at company standards. Analyzing business performance against budget, strategic goals, and M&A activity with in-depth understanding of key drivers contributing to each. Leading on-boarding and strategy development of newly acquired product lines from RM perspective. Analyzing Customer accounts for profitability and discounts when requested.
What Experience, Knowledge, Education are we Looking for?
7 years of experience managing a team or function. Experience in aerospace pricing/estimating/buying in an industry such as airlines or manufacturing required. Knowledge of aerospace aftermarket business, including brokers, repair stations, operators and distributors. Presentation skills with ability to distill and explain complex info simply and concisely. Experience pricing competitive government contracts and writing Government Cost/Price proposals. 4 year degree in Finance/Economics/Business/Marketing/Analytical or related field required.

Pay: $65,560.95 - $150,443.86 per year
