Overview: The position of Warehouse Supervisor based at our facility in Lebanon, TN is a full-time role. You will be overseeing the nighttime inbound package sort operation and requires both experience in package sorting as well as supervisory experience. Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour / Overtime $34.50 per hour. Shifts: Sun-Wed 10:00am-8:00pm Wed-Sat 10:00am-8:00pm Location: 2500 Marty Robbins Drive, Building 10, Lebanon, TN 37090. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop & implement procedures that optimize sort processing time and efficiencies. Create work policies to enhance safety and time management. Provide senior management timely operational reviews and improvements to increase efficiencies. Ensure local and global KPI targets are being met. Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. This is a hands-on first level management position that requires that all activities of the sort. team be handled with extreme time sensitivity and accuracy. Skills You Will Need: Detail oriented with effective communications skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead others. Previous warehousing/logistics experience. Computer proficient. Above average MS Word/Excel skills. Proven logistics or distribution experience in leading teams of people 10 or more. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to train, coach and mentor employees • Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work overtime as needed. Education: Degree preferred or commensurate experience of 3-5 years.
