We’re looking to hire a Production Assistant , Streaming Video for a Fortune 500 entertainment client . Company culture fosters a collaborative and respectful environment where innovation is encouraged.
You’ll join the Programming team to streamline and optimize workflows within the on-air teams to ensure maximum efficiency and clarity .
This is a 12 month contract extension opportunity. The role team is located in West Hollywood California , and is hybrid on-site 2-3 day / week.
Production Assistant , Streaming Video Responsibilities :
- Facilitate hybrid and in-person meetings between the on-air department, programming, creative services, content marketing, press, and relevant Paramount cross-departmental teams and external partners.
- Collaborate on streamlining and optimizing workflows within the on-air teams to ensure maximum efficiency and clarity.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the on-air delivery workflow by performing quality checks, delivering, and archiving promotional materials as required.
- Maintain promo case information within the Salesforce database and generate various promo reports utilizing Google Spreadsheets.
Production Assistant , Streaming Video Requirements :
- In-depth knowledge of streaming services and / or the entertainment industry is essential.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, is required.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential.
- Experience with project management tools such as Airtable or Jira is a plus.
- The candidate must possess a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally, both v erbally and in writing.
- The ability to work independently is essential, while also demonstrating proficiency in teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack is a requirement.
- Nice to have : Experience with Salesforce / Concur; Prior studio / agency experience; Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
