MS Intune/ MDM (Mobile device management) expert 

100% remote role |Start: Immediate

Duration: Minimum 6 month commitment – through end of year

Location does not matter, but prefer the same time zone (PST).  or be willing to work in the same time zone. Start with western US states

Part time role – 20 hours per week.   8 am to 12 pm Pacific is preferred.  Perfect candidate has 1 or 2 other clients he supports as well to fill up his work schedule.   

MUST BE a MS InTune expert – 8-10 years of hands on MS InTune experience with experience in iOS deployments and updates.

MDM (Mobile device management) expert – ideally 8-10 years with Mobile device mgmt. (any mobile device), and 8 years of hands on InTune experience and 5 years with InTune MDM. 

Should be strong in the following areas: 

• setting up profiles/users,
• iOS update policies,
• modifying compliance policies,
• expert in MS Intune (MDM)
• Must be able to build and test profiles
• Knows best practices

Job Description:

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• Expert in Mobile Device Management(MDM).
• Configuration, maintenance, and management of enterprise devices via Microsoft Intune admin center.
• Device Management for Windows and mobile devices (iOS).
• Experience managing Intune policies.
• Application creation and management.
• Work closely with the Applications team for updating and deployment of LOB applications.
• Monitor application deployment status.
• Responsible for setting up, testing and implementing various DEP.
• Test new policies, scripts, and apps on devices before user deployment.
• Manage iOS deployment.
• Monitor iOS deployment.
• Document, create and review Knowledge Base (KB)/Process documents.
• Stay up to date with Intune documentation and changes made by Microsoft and implement in our environment when necessary.
• Liaise with the main Intune team to get project requirements implemented.
• Liaise with Network, Security, Applications, etc teams as necessary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Must be able to resolve issues - determine, locate, and correct hardware/software problems; document and prevent recurrence.
• Ability to learn new systems and hardware, as implemented.
• Hands on work experience in MS Intune administration.
• Should be flexible and an excellent team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Shell scripting is required. PowerShell scripting, Windows/ batch script development and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Windows Firewall, group policies and security.
• Windows Azure is desired.
• Exposure to VPN (NetMotion) and GroundControl.
