We are currently seeking a highly skilled and personable bilingual bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and another language, with a solid background in using the Clover POS system and experience in cash handling. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage the bar area effectively, from opening to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Clover POS system efficiently, processing customer transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and other forms of payment securely and precisely.
- Open and close the bar, ensuring that all setup and cleanup tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with inventory control and management.
- Execute additional bar-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender, with strong knowledge of the Clover POS system.
- Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and one additional language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
