Essential Function: This position is responsible for managing Google Ads for Oostas and our clients, as well as assisting in various SEO tasks for clients. This includes but is not limited to creating and maintaining Google Ads accounts as well as ad creation and optimization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the Google Ads account for Oostas and our clients.
- Onboarding new PPC clients and creating their ads accounts.
- Writing new ad copy and optimizing existing ads through keyword research, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Assisting our SEO team as needed with tasks that include but are not limited to keyword research, on-page optimization, and managing citations.
- Communicating with clients to gather information and answer their questions.
- Respond to all email communication from clients within 2 business days.
- Responsible for managing their Oostas work email account and tracking all client communication within the Oostas project management software.
Essential Skills Requirements:
The following describes the preferred technical knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully perform the duties of the position:
- Experience using Google Ads is required.
- Creative writing and the ability to write compelling ad copy are required.
- Experience with SEO and on-page optimization is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience using project management software like Trello is a plus.
- Must be able to keep notes and tasks in our project management software.
- Able to operate most office equipment (copier, scan, fax, etc).
- Proficiency in Mac OS and able to learn new computer skills quickly.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- High School graduate/GED is required.
- Degree in communication, content writing, or marketing is preferred.
- 2 years of marketing experience is required, preferably with Google Ads.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
