Overview

Opal Property Management is currently hiring for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily property. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, investment management, or real estate. The candidate will be able to assist in managing both residential and retail operations for a multi-tenant property, and will have experience with online marketing a plus.

Essential Functions:
Manage resident relations with empathy and respect.

• Support marketing efforts to increase the visibility of the property.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable insurance requirements.
• Ensure all lease agreements are fulfilled and record all expenses and payments.
• Assist in the lease signing of new tenants and assist in the transition process.
• Perform financial analysis and report on a monthly basis.
• Analyze budget and analyze financial results for each property.
• Manage the 5-year, 50-unit multifamily property by overseeing daily operations.
• Oversee the financial and reporting activities of the Property Manager Assistant Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience in property management preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; good interpersonal skills; and professional manner.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office products; property management software is required. Knowledge of Google Suite and YP is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
