POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Weekend’s only/ 2nd Shift/ 3rd shift

Hours Available: 3x12’s/ 16 hours/ 8 hours/5x8

Qualifications:

- Must have an approved license or certification from the Board of Nursing Tennessee.

- Must have Valid Driver License

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Interpretation:

-Administers medications, provides injections and other forms of client care, maintains client charts, and records client health information in accordance with established procedures. - Observe client, charting and reporting any changes in the clients’ condition, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action.

- Update client records in a confidential manner.

- Assemble and use equipment, such as catheters, tracheotomy tube, or oxygen suppliers.

- Record food and fluid intake and output.

- Work as part of a healthcare team to assess client needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions.

- Attend outings with clients during shift hours to administer medication.

·Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
