Job Responsibilities
- Support Team by facilitating communication, schedule meetings, record and maintain meeting agendas and minutes.
- Supports operations by unlocking patient charts, merging charts, assist with data entry information, electronic optimization customizations, distributing and tracking completion of software trainings.
- Commit to growing and fostering healthcare quality knowledge through building internal and external relationships, and engage regularly Allscripts Central, Dentrix Enterprise, Delaware Health Net (DHN), Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers (MNACHC), etc., for relevant learnings.
- Participate in quality meetings and calls, i.e. weekly department meetings, MNACHC Quality Roundtable, DHN, etc.
- Support and foster culture through training staff on quality and systems improvement concepts and technical resources.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in healthcare quality improvement beneficial.
- Experience working with a diverse population of people
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form positive and collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency, skills and knowledge of healthcare related information systems, MS Office products, etc. Experience in Allscripts is preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Confidence, professional judgement, and grace under pressure.
