Position will supervise the onsite staff by training and orienting new hires and performing bi-monthly supervision meetings with each staff member, escalating performance concerns to the Manager .
This position provides case management direction either through supervision or through a case load for men who are homeless with mental health, substance abuse, and / or experiencing other co-morbid disorders .
Performs intake and discharge, a ddresses and resolves program-related concerns .
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Under direction of Manager, provides daily direction to Case Manager and Case Aid in alignment to department goals and organizational direction
- Provide coaching to staff related to organizational policies and department expectations in a manner consistent with agency policies, purpose and statement of faith
- Initiates job requisition requests in hiring direct reports, and submits to Manager for approval and HR for job announcements
- Ensure proper staff scheduling, approve time off requests and approve timely completion of weekly time card
- Ensure services are provided to fulfill proper purpose, monitoring outcomes and effectiveness and adjust accordingly, and maintain 80% capacity throughout course of the year
- Supervise administrative duties associated with CLRP, including but not limited to student rosters, files, finances, stipends and drug testing
- Administer teaching schedule established by Manager to include Bible classes, curriculum, life skills and recovery classes, morning devotions , and vocational programming
- Provide weekly / monthly reports to the manager on the results and progress of CLRP
- Conduct weekly CLRP meeting to establish , coordinate, and maintain services and communication with and between CLRP staff

- Network with related service providers within community to access needed services for student
- Work with student and other CLRP staff to schedule internal and ext ernal meetings and appointments
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Ministry-minded, mature Christian with the passionate belief and commitment to "Restoring Hope and Changing Lives."
- Able and willing to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and promote the core values of ODM through relationship building with internal and external members, encouraging participation and providing opportunity for ministry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; computer literate
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to listen and guide according to biblical principles and individual needs
- Strong program operation skills, able to grow and improve program and contrib ute within a change environment
- Experience facilitating groups, teaching curriculum and / or coaching life skills
