We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and dementia. This role involves assisting with personal care, medication administration, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities and dementia
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents in a group home or personal care home setting
- Maintain a clean and organized living space
- Lift and transfer residents as needed
- Drive residents to appointments or outing
