A financial firm is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in New York, NY or Greenwich, CT.

Compensation: 100-150k

Responsibilities

  • Interface with systems vendors and internal technology and business teams to reengineer complex trading workflows and define functional system requirements for internal teams
  • Define and document technology and business requirements for internal teams
  • Track and report progress on initiatives
  • Assist with troubleshooting applications
  • Drive the UAT process with internal and vendor teams

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar work experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with internal and external stakeholder
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with data providing meaningful, actionable insights to improve business processes
  • Functional knowledge of common investment systems and/or trading processes for any asset type
  • Experience with operational and industry systematic workflow

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
