Good troubleshooting skills are a must for this candidate as some issues may require digging in to find the answer. You will use various methods to research issues as well as other team members. You are not afraid to admit you don’t know an answer and are willing to reach out to team members and ask for help when all other methods have been exhausted.

What You Will Do
- Respond to a variety of HR related inquiries from moderate to high levels of complexity.
- Provide excellent customer service in response to phone and online inquiries.
- Execute daily HR data processing requests from managers, employees and HR Business Partners
- Perform moderate to highly complex transactions in Workday such as creation of new organizations and data uploads
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues; escalate to the HRIS team as appropriate while keeping customer informed.
- Partner with HRIS, Payroll and other COEs, as appropriate to resolve issues.
- Identify trends in issues and inquiries; recommend suggestions for improvement.
- Educate end users on system functionality.
- Fulfill reports requests in Workday.
- Develop training material as required.
- Perform data auditing and facilitate Workday data corrections in Workday as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field highly preferred
- 1-3 years experience in Human Resources, Payroll or Shared Service environment required
- Strong computer/technical skills; previous HRIS experience preferred
- Experience working in a customer facing role strongly preferred
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Effective listening skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Confident phone presence
- Strong ability to grasp information quickly and probe effectively when required
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize requests and duties
- High level of attention to detail
- Effective research, problem-solving and follow-through skills
