You are a self-motivated Creative Producer who thrives on getting great work done, is a wiz when it comes to coordinating creative productions and loves to build positive relationships across internal organizations.
You are a hyper-organized, natural communicator, with marketing savvy and a good understanding of the creative process. Most importantly, you’re eager to achieve the best outcome with each project.
As a Creative Producer your primary role will be to help the Brand Studio team execute on a wide range of projects – defining the scope, helping identify the approach, working closely with partners to bring the team’s vision to life, and managing feedback and approval flows.
Reporting directly to the Lead Creative Producer you’ll also help improve team processes and help own the Studio’s day to day.
In this role, you will:
- Help define project scope and deliverables
- Define project timelines and ensure they are closely followed
- Keep partners and team members proactively up to speed throughout a project’s lifecycle
- Coordinate, and document meetings— prepare agendas, take notes, send recaps
- Support Lead Producer with ongoing team operations

- At least 1-3 years of creative coordinating, producing or project management experience within a design / marketing team
- Experience in tech, and/or food, B2B preferred
- Experience with Fimga, Monday.com, Google suites (slides, sheets, drive etc.)
- In-house and agency experience a plus
- Passion for the restaurant industry
