Accounting Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

AS A SENIOR ACCOUNTANT YOU WILL:

• Analyze complex datasets and build reporting models based upon that data
• Perform Account Reconciliations and financial statement analysis
• Process general ledger entries and other miscellaneous adjustments and accruals
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Review payments for accuracy prior to uploading data into ERP system and analyze periodic payment runs
• Interact with internal and external customers by responding to inquiries, reconciling vendor statements
• Enter W-9, banking, and Certificate of Insurance information into system
• Maintain standard operating procedures
• Provide supervisor with necessary suggestion to enhance the work environment of the company
• Ad hoc tasks (e.g., generate various KPI reports within Excel and special projects as requested)
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Desired Education and/or Experience:  BA/BS degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience or training required
• GL Accounting:
• Preparation of JEs & Reconciliations 1-3 Years
• Payable experience 1-3 Years
• Accounting Knowledge
• Critical thinking/ Problem solving skills
• Detail Oriented
• Adaptable
• Service-Oriented/Collaborative
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication
• Strong Computer Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Results Driven
