We are seeking a talented Junior Creative Producer with a diverse creative background, exceptional time management and organizational skills, concepting abilities, and a deep passion for internet culture. You will play a vital role in communicating with our Opera audience and shaping the concepts for marketing campaigns and disruptive activations.

Role & Responsibilities:

Project Management and Coordination:

• Oversee and manage the creative production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate the efforts of designers, motion designers, and copywriters to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.

Brief Interpretation and Enhancement:

• Act as a liaison between the creative team and marketing/social media teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project briefs.
• Contribute to the improvement and refinement of briefs, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives and brand strategy.

Idea Generation and Campaign Development:

• Collaborate with creative leads and marketing managers to conceptualize and develop innovative marketing concepts and campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings, contributing fresh and unique ideas.

Content Creation and Copywriting:

• Craft compelling and persuasive written content tailored to effectively communicate with target audiences.
• Ensure all written materials align with brand tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
• Review and edit copy provided by other team members, ensuring consistency and quality across all creative outputs.

Quality Control and Feedback:

• Conduct regular reviews of creative work, providing constructive feedback to team members to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.
• Ensure all creative materials meet brand standards and are in line with the strategic goals of the marketing and social media teams.

Collaboration and Team Support:

• Foster a collaborative environment within the creative team, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing.
• Assist in the development of team members by providing guidance and support in their creative endeavors.

Job Requirements:

• Content production experience
• Exceptional concepting abilities and deep passion for internet culture.
• Great communication and written skills in English
• Innovative mindset, a passion for being at the forefront of change, and a genuine interest in marketing and advertising.
