Job Title: Lead Service Tech
Location : Suwanee, GA
Compensation: $33-35 per hour, 40 hours per week 52 weeks guaranteed
Simple job description:
As a Lead Service Tech, you are a highly capable HVAC home service technician that can troubleshoot standard HVAC technical problems and also can lead other techs doing the same. You love the hardest challenges and are excited to learn and apply your knowledge of HVAC technology to solve customer problems. A thrilled, happy customer makes your day, as does leading a thrilled, happy tech.
A typical day
· In short, you will be solving that day’s customer’s most critical and challenging residential HVAC problems.
· You will be adhering to the company’s core expectations of being coachable, having a positive attitude, and remaining reliable and accountable.
· You will lead other service techs, giving technical support and guidance with both customer service and technical challenges.
· Throughout your day, you will do your part in the marketing effort of the area and guiding other techs to do the same.
· Each day you will add customers to your customer base who will be your direct customers and who will call you directly for help.
· You will be determining your professional and financial destiny, no longer waiting for your turn.
Who we want:
· What have you likely done to be successful as an Lead Service Tech
· You have had a minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC service delivery experience, including trouble shooting technical challenges.
· You have experience in leading others and can speak of previous times in which you have done so effectively
· You are a lifelong learner and excited to work in a team environment
· You are an effective communicator who can explain HVAC-R concepts to different customers
· You have an owner’s mindset approach to your craft
· You have the proper licensing (EPA and otherwise) to work in HVAC (contractor’s license not required)
How we pay:
$33-35 per hour
40 Hours per week all 52 weeks guaranteed
$1500 sign on bonus
If selling, 6% commission
For leads, 3% commission
