Creative Director
Act like an artist, think like a marketer. We are looking for an energetic, multi-talented Creative Director who is passionate about creating well-crafted materials and presentations, in both digital and print, that perfectly communicate our innovative vision and voice as an organization. Responsibilities include working closely with leadership and utilizing data, to conceive and implement various presentations and creative projects from concept to completion, writing and designing well-crafted copy that support client needs as well as our own, and achieving the best possible outcome on every project while meeting and exceeding client expectations and driving our sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a conceptual, visual thinker, have pride in their deliverables and look at every assignment as an opportunity for excellence. If you have experience in advertising, graphic design, or creative project development and management, we would love to meet you!
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 2 years of experience in graphic design and advertising, designing and implementing advertising/marketing presentations and campaigns.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and the ability to translate those skills into print, video, digital, and animated executions.
- Experience guiding work from concept to finish, while meeting expectations, budgets, and deadlines.
- Experience with design creation and editing of marketing materials, brochures, feasibility studies, promotional items and other related marketing needs in support of our overall business strategies and goals.
- Highly developed talent for developing elevated aesthetics, visually cohesive materials and campaigns, and the ability to tell a powerful story though the work.
- Solid knowledge of social media requirements and experience designing for a wide range of platforms including, but not limited to: YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of emerging cultural trends and an understanding of how to best to utilize those trends for positive outcomes.
- Exceptional planning, organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate those findings into a visual product that communicates the necessary information, while expressing the company’s innovative vision for the future.
