Laundry Aide:
We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Laundry Aide for a skilled nursing facility in Waco, TX.
Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting soiled laundry from each of our buildings, transporting the laundry carts to the laundering facility, washing and drying the laundry in commercial machines, folding the clean laundry, and distributing them as appropriate to residents. There is a high volume of laundry that must be handled promptly, so you need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Familiarity with efficient washing methods
- Proficiency with laundering equipment and tools
- Hardworking and efficient
