Randall Reilly's RPO division is adding a Reporting Analyst to the team!
The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the delivery of client specific reporting and analysis to both internal and external stakeholders. You will investigate data quality issues and liaise with Company management as well as client stakeholders to resolve them. Providing performance dashboards, analyzing trends and making recommendations to enable data driven decision making will support Company’s delivery teams to advance our client’s strategic and tactical talent acquisition goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain ongoing reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process using data from applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors) and Company’s internal data warehouse
- Deliver regular reports such as weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards in Excel and Power BI
- Interpret and analyze data in order to identify important trends, measure performance against goals, alert stakeholders to any issues and suggest areas for improvement to ensure goals are met
- Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively audit data, highlight any variances to the business and help improve data quality
- Help to continually improve data management, suggest opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future data needs
Skills & Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of data reporting experience (in a RPO setting)
- 3 years of proven consulting skills working with a variety of in-house and external clients and engagement Project Managers
- 3 years of Excel knowledge (e.g. Macros, Pivot Tables, Graphs, VLOOKUP)
- 1 years reporting on Talent Acquisition results in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a relevant role
- Ability to engage and consult with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Capability to manipulate, visualize and present data in an understandable way
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project Management skills
- High attention to detail
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) setting
- Experience with WorkDay and/or Success Factors desirable
- Experience in using Power BI for reporting and data visualization desirable (internal trainings can be provided)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
