Responsibilities
Complete Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for current and potential clients on behalf of Boston Partners’ domestic and international distribution channels.
Coordinate with multiple departments throughout the firm, including portfolio management, compliance/legal, trading, operations, performance measurement, and information technology.
Maintain ongoing updates to policies, firm information, personnel, and other pertinent information that must be distributed to clients and prospects in a timely manner.
Support the maintenance of external investment consultant databases used by prospects and clients.
Perform quality control, monitoring for accuracy and integrity of information on consultant databases.
Report on new business activities for management & sales purposes.
Strong analytic and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, pay attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor as position requires interaction with employees throughout the firm, including senior management.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required.
Able to work additional hours as needed, especially at quarter end.
