Position Overview:
The Enrolled Agent is responsible for the administrative and clerical functions of the office. This position will be responsible for the enrollment of new clients, answering phone calls, and assisting with the general office duties. The position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of client support including case management, billing, collections, and client support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate person or department.
- Greet new clients, verify information and process enrollment.
- Answer client questions regarding billing, collections or collection agency policy violations.
- Review and update client records as necessary.
- Receive new client appointments; confirm appointment; obtain authorization; schedule appointment; ensure all necessary paperwork is completed; prepare meeting rooms for meetings; prepare meeting rooms for meetings; set meeting rooms up for meetings; prepare mailroom for mailings; prepare mailings for mailing; prepare files for processing into book format; prepare files for filing into client’s records database; maintain files in an orderly fashion; perform administrative duties such as answering phones, faxing, mailing, etc.; assist with other office duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous office experience in a customer service setting preferred.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with basic computer skills and experience with e-mail and Internet required.
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision.
- Must possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and great work atmosphere.
