Training Course Project Manager :
Contingent Upon Contract Award
Ops Tech Alliance is seeking a Project Manager to lead a team of Course Developers in support of the Warrant Officer Career College. The PM will oversee the development and implementation of training and education products including Lesson Plans (LP), Programs of Instruction (POI), and Course Administrative Data (CAD) to TR 350-70 standards and properly document those products in the Training Development Capability (TDC) at Fort Rucker, AL.
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain access to the non-classified internet protocol router network (NIPRNET)
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in analysis of data and information;
- Graduate of the Command and General Staff College, Sergeant Majors Academy or military service school equivalent
- Familiarity with TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems and its supporting pamphlets.
- Five (5) years of military experience with knowledge of training and education development
- Ability to effectively and efficiently use TDC to review, revise or create POIs and LPs.
