Do you have a passion for sales and customer service?
As an Optamark distributor, you will be part of a dynamic distributor network. You will have access to our proprietary platform called Optahub. In addition, you will be trained on how to use all of our software. Not to mention you will have estimating and order management support.
You will be part of a team of professionals focused on accelerating growth for the print, promo, apparel, and digital marketing services line of business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Proficiently manage a pipeline of opportunities – converting most of them into sales.
Attain Key Performance Indicators and customer engagement
Effectively use task management to drive activities including, follow up calls, quote & proof approvals, and other key tasks
Proficiently communicate with internal partners and customers – be able to identify job specifications for quotes, secure order, and proof approval, and maintain accurate, detailed records in Hubspot
Provide an exceptional customer experience
Work in a fast-paced environment demonstrating effective time-management skills.
Use Print Product & Industry knowledge to provide product and solution recommendations based on needs.
Basic Qualifications:
Be customer-focused, able to collaborate, and demonstrate self-development
Effectively communicate through email and telephone
Advanced time management skills and action-oriented
Previous business to business or call center experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Looking for people with existing books of business, particularly in the print or promo product industry
Be able to innovate, and problem solve – provide solutions to customer’s needs/problems
*Compensation/Schedule:
Pay is a driven commissions scheme. We offer a base plus commission and only advertise to qualified staff.
The more sales, the higher your earnings will be. We will provide you leads you will be responsible for closing the deal.
Flexible schedule; you can work from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
