What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Lead position at OpTech?
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, up to 4-5 projects
- Projects may include business, operational and/or technical team members
- Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects using a formal project management methodology
- Must adhere and align to all required processed and procedures
- Oversee client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met
- Develops detailed project plans, budgets and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation
- Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule
- Monitors all project risks and issues and manages their resolution and impact
- Meets with and presents project status to senior level mgt. as well as customers as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:Strong Project Management experience
- Strong Attention to Detail/Organization
- Excellent Communication skills
- Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading projects
- Able to lead a project team of at least 20-30 team members
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills
- High Proficiency Level in specific job related duties and skills are required
- Experience working in SharePoint
- Preferred Skills/Experience: Health Insurance industry experience.
- Experience in leading projects with technical, business and operational team members.
- Ability to present to groups of people.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word. MS PowerPoint and MS Visi
- Experience working in Our Client’s products
- Education/Certifications – Include: Bachelor's degree required
