Looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience gathering technical requirements and who has Trust experience.
Project Info:
- Replacing Trust Accounting System: FIS Advantage.
- UAT ending in January,
- Deployment is in May 2023
Technical BA Responsibilities:
- Tracking issues
- Business Analysis
- Technical Requirements Gathering
- Solutions Assessment
- Participation, consultation and coordination of business/system requirements
- Document and/or solicit requirements for medium to large size projects.
- Test planning, test scrip development, test execution, issue resolution and risk management.
- Interactions with various business systems operations and client areas to determine prioritizes and assure adequate system and technical support for responsible applications.
- Provide in-depth knowledge as subject matter expert to business and customers.
- Utilizes standard project methodologies and serves as representative on various project teams.
- Perform day to day support activities including database changes, user maintenance, onboarding, training, risk mitigation, system/functional queries.
- Incident management and communication, serves as the initial point of escalation to ensure issues/incidents are documented and resolved or escalated as appropriate.
- Establish process controls to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Interface with various levels of client, system and vendor/supplier contacts.
- Working with internal business colleagues (customers) to solicit, clarify and document requirements.
- Working with internal technical colleagues & external vendor to communicate requirements and discuss project timelines.
- Defining work flows, provide feedback on estimates
- Must have Trust Experience
