We are looking for an onsite Marketing Specialist that has experience in managing an e-commerce webstore. This is an onsite position at our corporate headquarters in Lexington, South Carolina! The ideal candidate will play an integral role in the marketing initiatives while working alongside a team of other marketing professionals. You will work with our team on innovative ways to drive traffic and optimize product sales while maximizing growth using a variety of channels. You will have the ability to work with specialists on projects that include SEM/PPC, SEO, content marketing, social media advertising, and email marketing. To excel as a Marketing Specialist, you must be proficient in writing and editing content, have a well-rounded knowledge of the web and search engines, have a familiarity with social media and analytical data, as well as an understanding of digital marketing principles. Because of the collaborative nature of this job, this position is not a remote position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptualize, create, and implement client marketing strategies.
• Write and edit strategic content.
• Monitor, analyze, and implement campaigns, and make proactive changes to improve performance across digital platforms.
• Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth to clients that will achieve desired outcomes.
• Grow successful and profitable search engine marketing traffic acquisition opportunities.
• Develop, expand, and optimize campaigns, ad groups, and keywords.
• Conceptualize and document standard operating procedures associated with any tasks assigned.
• Manage your own workload and prioritize multiple requests from various parts of the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Onsite position (in office)
• HTML and e-commerce experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Bachelor's degree in related fields (Marketing, Public Relations, Business)
• At least one year of paid search and digital marketing experience
• Google Ad certifications (preferred)
• Financial analysis skills (preferred)
• Proven ability to understand customer needs, build ongoing relationships, and drive revenue
• CRM experience, competitive analysis, and trending tools
