Optimal Home Health is a well-established and renowned Home Health Agency that has been serving the community of Kern County for well over a decade. We have recently expanded our services to Fresno County and are looking for an ambitious and focused marketer who can work with the team in promoting the Organization’s success to local health providers for patient referrals that in turn gain patients and maintain patient loyalty.
Job Title: Marketer – Part Time
Job Summary: To build awareness by developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet consumer need and maximize profit. Responsible for creating and executing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the marketing plan, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clinics and hospitals in the area
- Define and manage the brand
- Plan healthcare marketing strategies
- Evaluate patient experience
- Build doctor’s referrals into marketing plans
Required Qualifications:
- Clinical background preferred
- Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the organization requirements
Experience: Minimum one year in Home Health or Hospice
Salary: As per market norms and experience
