Position Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator has responsibility for the day to day oversight of recruitment at each station to ensure compliance and business processes. The role is responsible for ensuring the correct processes are followed continuously and correcting any errors that are made proactively.
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for reporting any errors found to the Office Manager to ensure the correct procedures and policies are being delivered.
A strong recruiting background will be essential, in addition to excellent people skills in order to monitor the implementation of any new processes that will support the business for continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Monitor refinements and improvements to our business processes aimed at streamlining activities and driving up quality.
2. Review recruitment compliance across the business, ensuring all federal and state laws are being adhered to, working with the Office Manager on compliance and consistency, allowing best practice to be shared.
3. To act as the first point of reference for recruitment to ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained.
4. Calling and booking applicants for interview.
5. Communicating with the Office Manager about current business compliance on a daily/weekly basis as needed.
6. Compilation of daily/weekly/monthly reports to support metrics for operational/business improvement.
Duties and accountabilities:
Monitoring all documentation for new hires.
Conducting interviews in person and virtually and selecting quality candidates.
Following up with all candidates in the recruitment process to get them through each step efficiently.
Gathering all necessary documentation for each new candidate and ensuring their personnel file is up to date at all times during the hiring process.
