Your Job Optimized Process Designs has an opening for a Document Clerk in Vidor, TX. Our Team Optimized Process Designs, LLC (OPD) is an engineering / construction company headquartered in Katy, TX with an expertise in the natural gas, natural gas liquids, and petrochemical industries.

What You Will Do Some core responsibilities for a Document Clerk include :

• Assist department Logistics Manager with supply management, procurement, and order tracking.
• Creates / maintains daily equipment schedules coordinates daily activity to track and monitor delivery status.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties, scanning, printing, and organizing.
• Assist with miscellaneous spreadsheet and database clean-up as needed. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• At least 6 months of data entry experience
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Travel is a must with extended periods away from home in remote areas at times.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. What Will Put You Ahead
• 1 years of document control experience
• High school diploma or above
• Ability to read, interprets, and understands technical and non-technical documents including but not limited to drawings, and product specifications.
