Detail Associate Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enhances the appearance of Recreational Vehicles
- Detailers may be required to work on Retail Owned units as well as stock units.
- Add/remove decals, sealants or other small cosmetic repairs as necessary
- Cleans the interior of the recreational vehicles, including but not limited to steam cleaning carpets, dusting, cleaning windows, kitchen and bathrooms
- Experience with ECOplus
- Clean and polish windows
- Applying stain guard
- Notify managers when parts are missing
- May be asked periodically to wash exteriors of RV’s as needed
- All other responsibilities as assigned
Detail Associate Experience Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- BUFFING EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRABLE
Detail Associate Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and effectively with Detail Manager
- Buffing experience highly desired
- Ability to take direction and see a job through from beginning to completion
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Strenuous job, exposed to all weather conditions, lift up to 15lbs
