Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking a Service Advisor.
Position Summary:
Optimum RV is a family owned RV Dealership looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor! The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience and can work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Presents Maintenance Menu’s to Customers Based on Length of Ownership & Manufacturer Recommendations
- Performs service “meet and greet”
- Initial Vehicle Walk Around
- Performs vehicle Courtesy Inspection
- Generates all service Repair Orders and close R.O.’s when work is completed
- Acquires customer authorizations on service work
- Schedules Service Appointments
- Answers all service department calls
- Liaison between the customer and the service department
- Perform daily customer status follow-up phone calls
Experience Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Ability to work well under stress
- Ability to multi-task and take direction
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Team Player a Must
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- May be required to drive Motorized RV’S
- Must maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Punctuality is a non-negotiable
