PT Advantage, an administrative service company for physical therapy clinics and a subsidiary of Optimum Therapies, LLC, currently has an opening for a full-time Accounting Assistant. The individual in this position will value dedication, have great communication skills, and take ownership for ensuring that responsibilities associated with the position are being completed on a timely basis. Our purpose at PT Advantage is to offer Physical Therapy clinic owner’s success through accurate, honest and relevant administrative support.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Assists with the accounts payable and monthly billing
- Work with bi-weekly payroll processing
- Work on Finance Department projects and reports as requested
- Work with weekly and monthly metric reports for owners of the clinics
- Assist with processing of claims to insurance companies and posting payments received
Strong excel, computer and communication skills, being detail oriented, dependable and having the desire to be part of a team that is committed to our clients are key characteristics of the individual we are seeking for this position. Post-secondary education and/or experience working with accounting, billing and accounts receivable in a medical or business environment is preferred. Quickbooks experience is a plus.

Position will be based in our Eau Claire location working Monday through Friday. We focus on making sure that our staff have a good work/life balance with flexible scheduling. Starting pay range for this position, depending on experience, is between $17.50 – $19.00 per hour.
