Job Summary
As the Commercial Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Account Executive Team with administrative and analytical support to the Commercial Sales Department, including but not limited to, coordinating, and compiling information for daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, and providing analytical feedback to Management team.
Responsibilities
- The sales coordinator assists a sales team of approximately 9 to 14 AEs and reports to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
- Answers RSM telephone calls; handles complex inquiries, takes messages, and transfers calls to the appropriate party. Maintains RSM's calendar. Assists, receives, and directs visitors; sorts and distributes mail. Maintains departmental files and keeps records.
- Responsible for scheduling meetings at request by RSM, Area Sales Director/VP via conference call, video conference, or in person meeting.
- Responsible for maintaining Etime calendar for the sales team and all other responsibilities associated under attendance record keeping, if designated by RSM.
- Keep inventory records of all company equipment provided to an AE, such as but not limited to; laptop, desktop, iPad, iPhone, and accessories for such devices.
- Responsible for starting and following through on the New Hire Process for AE new hires.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies, placing business card orders for the AEs, FedEx requests and ensuring AEs have sales collateral.
- Responsible for providing reports in key data bases such as, but not limited to, Salesforce.com, Cabledata/IDA, ETS, and Etime.
- Responsible for updating quota sheets, submitting monthly goals to Commissions department, updating department phone list and Organization chart, and assisting AEs during the commission adjustment period.
- Maintains processes and procedures for Commercial Sales: adhering to the Sales Process and Business rules.
- Communicates with Order Entry Coordinators, Construction coordinators and Installation in expediting difficult as well as VIP Orders.
- Responsible for assisting AEs by providing key information such as, but not limited to, address look up in Cabledata/IDA, pulling CSR information, reviewing construction information in ETS.
- Assists in Quality Control process of sales orders, specifically checking for accuracy and ensuring that orders are within policy, by reviewing and cross checking orders entered in Cabledata/IDA and the signed sales orders made by paper or SFDC mobility.
- Gathers and provides any feedback provided by AEs from field reconnaissance on customer gating factors and current competitive practices to the RSM.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned by Director and/or department VP.
Qualifications
- Three (3) plus years of administrative experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel including database and spreadsheet experience. Strong Word and PowerPoint preferred
- Proficient knowledge, with proven experience, of Cabledata/IDA, Etime, ETS, Salesforce.com
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of management
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is 29,895.00 - 49,113.00 / year. Salary : $62,500 - $79,100
