We are looking for a motivated PHC Coordinator to organize and coordinate client care, administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. PHC Coordinator duties and responsibilities include coordination of care, scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our clients/employees. A successful Coordinator should have experience with a variety of office software (HHA or Vesta, email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. The coordinator should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office environment as well as to improve the company’s procedures and day-to-day operations.
