We are a holistic medical and behavioral health clinic specializing in acute, post-acute, and post-surgical medical care and workers’ compensation claim management. If you are a dedicated Nurse Practitioner we’d love to have you join our exceptional team. Preferred qualifications include experience in any of the following specialties…Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehab, Orthopedics, or Neurosurgery. All interested candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Examine patients and their medical records
  • Order and review diagnostic tests
  • Diagnose health conditions related to injuries
  • Coordinate care with specialists and vocational counselor
  • Communicate care plan with claim manager and employer
  • Help patients achieve highest level of recovery from work related injures
  • Maintain accurate and timely records
  • Timely completion of claim related paperwork

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
