Awake Overnight Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (DSP)/ Eastside Madison, WI
12-hour shifts; $16.50/hr
Eastside of Madison, WI: N. Thompson Rd.
Choose from nights available: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday; 9pm-9am
Assist a woman on the Eastside with:
- Meal preparation with a special diet
- Cleaning and laundry
- Keeping a clear path for safe walking
- Hygiene and personal appearance
- Showering and dressing
- Using the bathroom
- Hands-on assistance with transfers
- Medication supervision
- Following a daily schedule and routines
- Her safety and support plan
Experience is helpful, but paid training is provided for the right person!
What we provide to our in-home staff:
- Paid training at $16.50/hr
- Paid hire meeting at $16.50/hr
- Paid orientation at $16.50/hr
- A set schedule with options to pick up more hours
- Extra $2.50/hr when filling in
- Holiday pay of time 1/2
- OT pay of time 1/2
A supervisor is available 24/7: even weekends, overnight, and holidays
Referral bonus up to $350 for person referring; up to $300 for person referred
Receive full-time benefits working only 30 hrs/week
