OPTIONS is looking for a Team Leader Assistant!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
The Team Leader Assistant is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to direct support staff, maintaining participant records and services in accordance with state, federal, and organization guidelines, and ensuring that services are implemented as stated in individual service plans.
Responsibilities:
  • Working with participants and their families to develop training goals and objectives;
  • Assisting with representative payee paperwork and compliance;
  • Provide 24-hour agency on-call support through participation in on-call rotation and coordinate medical care and appointments for participants;
  • Conduct comprehensive weekly home visits and assist with quality assurance efforts across all programs;
  • Provide participants with opportunities for development of daily living skills through quality planned activities as outlined in the individual’s comprehensive plan of care while ensuring all regulations are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Services field
  • Excellent organization, written, oral, and computer skills; intermediate to advance keyboarding skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to be flexible
  • Must be 18 years old,
  • Must have a clear driving record,
  • Must be a licensed driver,
  • Must have a clear criminal background,
  • Must pass a drug screen,

PREFERRED:
  • Three to five years work experience,
  • Experience in working with individuals with MR/DD.
