Come join Options Minnesota as an IT Systems Administrator! In this position you will provide infrastructure support for all sites and community-based staff for Options Residential Inc., Options Family & Behavior Services, River Ridge, Options Minnesota, and any other acquired entities. This includes hardware support, software support, systems administration, and additional tech support duties as assigned.
Salary - $75,000 annually, DOQ
Schedule - Monday-Friday full time, typically during business hours. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required dependent on business needs
The System Administrators duties will include working with server, network, and cloud technologies to provide an efficient and secure work environment for our end users. The System Administrator is expected have experience with, and a willingness to grow their skills in these areas as best suites the companys technological needs.
- Management of server/network technologies; including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, RAID, VMWare ESXi, and Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Office 365 administration; including Exchange/Hosted Exchange, Office 365 Group creation and management, SharePoint administration, Teams administration, and Power BI security and auditing.
- Management of Azure environment: Including Azure Active Directory, Intune, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management
- Auditing of Windows Server Event Logs, Active Directory logs, Office 365 Security and Compliance logs, DNS proxy and EHR logs.
- Management and administration of network equipment and technologies; including firewalls, routers, switches, access points and modems.
- Management and administration of network security technologies; including site-to-site VPN connections, client access VPN connections, DNS and HTTP(S) proxies and multi-factor authentication.
- Assist Support Desk Technicians with escalation tickets.
- Assist, coach, and mentor Support Desk Technicians.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Demonstrated ability with Active Directory administration and other server-side technologies.
- Demonstrated ability with Office 365 administration.
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Azure; including Endpoint Management using Intune, Azure Compute virtualizaion.
- Demonstrated ability supporting ESXi hosts and Windows Server clients.
- Demonstrated ability supporting Client/Server and cloud-based applications.
- Demonstrated ability supporting network infrastructure in a mid-to-large sized organization.
- Demonstrated computer hardware and software knowledge skills for PCs for advance troubleshooting and escalation of PCs, mobile devices, and networking equipment and services.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a ticketing system for managing, prioritizing, and record keeping.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team, work with management, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to respectfully explain and troubleshoot computer related technologies to coworkers.
- Demonstrated organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to learn on the job for skills related to systems administration, HIPAA compliance, and security.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- This position requires at minimum an Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering AND at least 5 years related experience in the Information Technology field.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering is preferred.
- Microsoft M365 and Azure certifications are also desired.
