We seek a full-time Float Pharmacistfor the state of Connecticut toperform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
• Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current pharmacist's license in the state of Connecticut
• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
• CPR certified
• Proven ability to drive with active driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current pharmacist's license in the state of New York or Massachusetts
• Certified to administer long acting injectables
• Bilingual Spanish

Connecticut Residents Only: The hourly range for Connecticut residents is $40.87 to $80.43.
