Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with third party service providers to coordinate and manage the deployment of broadband backup connectivity circuits to approximately 200 locations that currently do not have backup connectivity options
- Work with Intrado to coordinate and manage the provisioning and deployment of circuits/connectivity for multiple sites, including new site implementations
- Use monitoring tools to proactively identify uptime and performance related issues related to our circuits and VoIP solution
- Monitor and maintain the connectivity ticket queues, responding to new tickets, following up with vendors and coordinating work efforts to resolve open tickets
- Monitor vendors for adherence to committed SLAs, notifying vendor management of SLA deficiencies, and reporting these deficiencies to Genoa IT Management
- Work with vendors to understand service offerings in each market helping business managers to determine best available solution and cost options
- Document and maintain procedures and user guides as it relates to connectivity problem resolution, connectivity implementation processes and overall departmental processes where applicable
- Work with vendors and internal IT departments to help maintain an inventory of all applicable network electronics including but not limited to switches, routers, access points, firewalls, etc
- Stays up to date with IT technology issues, trends and developments and communicates back to management and departments both issues and opportunities and assists in developing and improving procedures, standards, and best practices
- Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business clients, IT management and staff

Required Qualifications:
- Associate Degree (or higher) OR 4 years of telecommunications experience
- 2 years of experience with telecommunications network support
- 1 years of experience with Broadband and other network connectivity solutions function, their key components, etc
- 1 years of experience remotely troubleshooting and resolving issues in the field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working for an ISP or connectivity vendor
- Possess solid interpersonal skills (written/verbal communication, peer relationships, etc.) in interactions such as customer support, requirements gathering, etc
- Efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with little supervision and interact professionally with all levels of individuals within the organization
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
- Leverage time management, priority setting and problem-solving skills to perform assigned tasks, with reasonable levels of self-direction. Work well in both individual and group situations

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $26.15 to $46.63. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $28.85 to $51.30.
