Job Summary
· This individual collaborates closely with customers and internal personnel, overseeing the resolution of technical issues within a limited scope and addressing contractual problems for new and recurring programs. They maintain strong business relationships with customers.
Preferred Experience: Office/administrative tasks, detail-oriented, aerospace knowledge preferred.
Functions and Responsibilities:
· Represent the company effectively, demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and discretion.
· Independently resolve problems within established guidelines.
· Manage multiple project tasks efficiently.
· Prepare and transmit contractual and technical correspondence to customers and internal departments.
· Assist program managers with technical issues within a limited scope.
· Track performance metrics, monitor customer metrics, and report results.
· Acknowledge purchase orders and amendments, handling new orders and other assignments.
· Identify risks associated with contractual terms and conditions, proposing and coordinating solutions for internal review.
· Negotiate contract changes within established guidelines.
· Support long-term contract negotiations and aid program managers in proposal preparation.
· Provide change quotations and updates on delivery and job status to customers.
· Identify potential sales opportunities and refer them to Program Managers for follow-up.
· Handle and communicate Accounts Receivables issues directly with customers in support of Finance.
