- Must be able to follow direction and perform repetitive production activities
- All training and instructions typically given on the job
- Proficiency is attained in a short time on the job
- Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and group situations
- Workers will not operate a forklift
- Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instruction
- Knowledge and compliance with all safety guidelines
- Knowledge of basic math, counting, etc.
- May occasionally use company equipment and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
