What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Analyst position at Opusing LLC?
Architectural Coatings (US/CAN) has implemented a new, customer relationship manager (CRM). As the CRM developed with the addition of greater functionality, such as service and marketing, dedicated analysts are required to manage functional and technical support of the CRM. Analysis of data is required to optimize the use of the CRM system. All of these activities help to improve service to customers, and help to protect our base and grow sales.
This position provides the functional and technical support to the users of the CRM solutions, which include account and opportunity management, sales process, pipeline conversion, customer feedback, pre-call planning, and data gathering.
Other aspects of the position:
- Analytics: Perform regression testing to track outcomes against actions.
- Reports: Develop reports and presentations for sales and management.
- Support:
o Provide training as new modules are added.
o Provides system support to system users including troubleshooting user issues
- Standards:
o Maintain and govern standards.
o Manage SOPs and other user documentation.
o Establishes expectations for system users.
- Data Access: Controls access to the system.
- Changes:
o Amalgamates requests for improvements and enhancements of functionality.
o Participates in any improvement projects requested by the organization.
- Quality Assurance: Reports defects and verifies fixes on the implemented solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Technical support experience desired.
- Data analysis experience.
- Strong communication skills – written, oral, public speaking.
Schedule:
schedule is flexible, 8 hours daily. Overtime is rare but would be preapproved occasions.
This role is a hybrid 3 days per week in office. The HM would prefer a candidate that is local and can be in the office with the team, but they wouldn’t rule out a candidate that needs to be remote if they're a good fit.
