The Job:

We are recruiting for an entry-level Supply Chain Coordinator to support overall distribution operations. If you love variety during your day, working with customers, and being a go-to expert then look no further. What You Will Be Doing As A Supply Chain Coordinator:

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize shipment levels and maintain inventory
• Inspect products and maintain inventory
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check, verify and fill customer invoices
• Code documents according to company procedures
• Match order forms with invoices and record the necessary information
• Keep warehouse organized and well managed
• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
• Process customers' orders and work with clients in a retail setting

• Organizing and planning - develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize and accomplish your work in a timely manner
• Communication - express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization
• Information Ordering - seek out necessary data, keep accurate and detailed records, organize and monitor ongoing projects, schedules, and events
• Decisive - comfortable making decisions and solving problems based on the best judgment and taking responsibility for the results
• Integrity - adhere to a strong moral and ethical code in compliance with organizational principles

Requirements To Be A Supply Chain Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree
