Oracle’s Global Defense and Intelligence Group is seeking a dynamic and passionate Capture Director/Senior Director. This opportunity plays a key role in long term positioning of Oracle for targeted opportunities. This includes managing the resources, processes, and systems associated with the planning, development and production of written responses to formal, competitive solicitations from Oracle clients and prospects.
Required Qualifications:
- United States citizenship
- Current hold TS/SCI with the ability to achieve (or active) Top Secret/SCI with Poly
- BS computer science, Program management, Business Management, or related field
- Capture and/or business development experience to include leading teams and proven wins
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
Desired Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent
- 10 years of industry experience with wide breadth of experience
- Strong communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and consulting skills
- Positive Customer Service attitude
- Ardent desire to continuous learning
- Experience inspiring and leading teams towards established goals
