Cloud Customer Success Analyst - Casinos

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Travel: Up to 25%

Responsibilities:

  • Find opportunities (product breadth, footprint, revenue leaks, marketable universe, etc.) to grow Nor1-sourced upsell revenue for Gaming clients– quantify, define, forecast, sell, and drive fulfillment of these opportunities 
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key Gaming clients at several levels across their entire organizations 
  • Launch products with new or existing Gaming clients 
  • Organize and design training documents and presentations
  • Assess training needs through communication with internal and external users 
  • Provide day-to-day operations and executional support for Gaming clients, including product configuration, and assisting in the resolution of IT issues 
  • Leverage relationships to acquire new Gaming clients 
  • Work with internal and external integrations teams to ensure that all revenue streams are activated and functioning properly 
  • Work alongside internal Data Scientists to procure and provide relevant business intelligence 
  • Become an expert on our Gaming clients – comprehensively understand the brand differentiators, including loyalty/casino player programs, technology platforms, market dynamics, and brand strategies 
  • Take initiative to perform functions that enhance the business even if they may be outside the normal scope of work 
  • Customer Success Analyst support hotels in various time zones. Works hours may include early mornings, evenings to support various customers.
