Detailed Description and Job Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Project Management professional to join the North America CX Consulting practice. The practice is responsible for delivering solutions related to Oracle's Sales, Services and CPQ cloud Services.
This Project Manager is very comfortable managing projects with a budget in the range of $1,000K, and 15 cross-functional participants. The successful candidate will have a combination of technical Project Management skills, as well as leadership skills, business acumen and judgement to organize the activities, enable all participants to work as efficient as possible, maintain all stakeholders informed, identify and address risks, effectively manage time and budget, and handle unexpected ambiguous situations. Client skills is a must, as this individual will work closely with customers, partners, and vendors. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall customer experience through the engagement, end-product quality, timely and smooth go-live, as well as ongoing communications with mid-level Oracle and customer executives, which includes documentation and KPI updating
The engagements will not rarely start at the pre-sales phase, so the Project Manager will lead the solution design as well as the implementation aspects of engagement(s). Therefore, skillfully managing the needs and priorities of customers, sales, and consulting organizations within constrained time and budget are a must.
Responsibilities :
- Leading a project team comprised of Oracle Consultants, partners, vendors, and customers in delivering an Oracle Cloud solution to the customers
- Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management
- Advise customers on the selected project management methodology
- Maintain a detailed project plan, financial plan, governance structure, communication process, project documentation and KPIs up to always up to date
- Methodically managing complex business and logistical challenges
- Ensuring the projects are appropriately resourced and managing the ongoing engagement of these resources
- Anticipate issues, develop mitigation options, and appropriately manage communications internally and externally
- Providing day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer
- Exercise creativity, independent judgment, and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques
- Utilization of best in class project management systems and reporting
- Interact with IT Architects, technical staff and business representatives for all internal and external reporting
Skills required
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years of customer-facing Project Management experience in the Technology Consulting industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects with a budget in the range of $1,000K budget in large enterprise accounts, with at least 15 resources
- Industry certification (PMI or equivalent)
- Proficiency with the leading project management tools in the industry
- Solid experience in managing full life cycle SaaS implementations
- Self-starter, confident, driven with strong organizational skills
- Pristine analytical and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build, grow and maintain trust-based relationship with peers, customers, and partners
- Influencing without authority
- Ability to work well remotely with a diverse project team, especially facilitating meetings with large number of participants
- Ability to balance investigating/troubleshooting on your own

California Pay Range: from $95,900 to $192,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $101,300 to $182,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
