Job Description
Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems with 0 - 2 year experience.
Responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant II, you will consult with clients during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training. As a member of this team, you are responsible for consulting with clients on current workflows and configurations, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements as well as ongoing system maintenance. In addition, you will complete client-specific design, configuration and troubleshooting with appropriate tools, complete full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow up actions as well as apply and suggest improvements to implementation methodology and consult on complex configuration decisions. As a member of this team, you will develop and execute test plans and test script execution and note changes in end user functionality while also reviewing new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests and notify clients. Finally, your responsibilities will also include navigating across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement while also leveraging internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
- At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
- At least 4 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- At least 1 year of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
- At least 3 years of systems management or implementation work experience
- At least 1 year of Pathnet experience
Expectations
- Live in or around the Farmington, NM area as onsite location is preferred
- Willing to travel locally up to 20% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned

California Pay Range: from $26.20 to $51.73 per hour; from $54,500 to $107,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $25.10 to $46.59 per hour; from $52,200 to $96,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $25.10 to $49.18 per hour; from $52,200 to $102,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $28.08 to $49.18 per hour; from $58,400 to $102,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
